MP Marjorie Taylor Greene supports former President Trump’s latest business deal.

Greene, a Republican from Georgia, bought Digital World Acquisition Corp. according to a financial disclosure. valued at $ 15,001 to $ 50,000.

Greene bought her stock on October 22nd when it was trading between $ 67.96 and $ 175. They have since traded up to $ 52.77.

“This transaction has been reported in accordance with house rules and includes all the necessary details regarding the transaction,” Greene’s office said in a statement to FOX Business.

Members of the Congress and their families must disclose all assets bought or sold, the date of such transactions, and the amount in dollars.

Greene’s purchase of Digital World Acquisition Corp. shares was reported to FOX Business by Congresstrading.com.

Greene is a staunch supporter of Trump and has appeared at several of his rallies both during the 2020 campaign and after his presidency. Greene has endorsed Trump’s unsubstantiated claims that the 2020 elections were stolen and supported an examination of the results.

The former president said on Oct. 21 that Trump Media & Technology Group, following a merger with Digital World Acquisition Corp. would be listed.

Trump’s “Truth Social” social media platform will debut in November and will be rolled out nationwide in the first quarter of 2022.

He is also planning a streaming video service to “compete” with “lively and politicized” entertainment programs created by big tech and big media players, and is also considering “cancellation-proof” web services and payment processing options.
